Provincial housing rules should not replace thoughtful local planning. I will continue to advocate for sustainable, made-in-West Vancouver solutions that add housing while respecting neighbourhood character and existing infrastructure.

West Vancouver has the Lower Mainland’s highest share of residents over 65. We need a comprehensive seniors strategy, better supports for aging in place and a centre that meets today’s needs.

Residents deserve meaningful dialogue before major decisions are made. I will work to restore fulsome public engagement, keep appropriate business in open meetings and rebuild trust in the civic process.
